Your wedding day is a day to remember the rest of your life. It should be a day filled with unique and specially made accessories and favors to make it even more memorable. A great way to do this is to have items such as your bride and groom toasting glasses, and the cake knife serving set hand painted. You could even have them painted to match the design of your invitations.
They can be painted with acrylic enamel painted and the glass can be baked to cure the paint. The plastic on the cake knife and serving set will not allow them to be baked, however they can be coated with varnish to add durability. The paint cures being air dried within 21 days.
In addition to the toasting glasses for the bride and groom, other items such as the glasses for the wedding party including parents can be painted. You could even give hand painted glasses to your guests as a wedding favor. It really makes a nice gesture and something special they can remember your day by.
The centerpieces for your tables, the dinner plates, and even the cake plates can be hand painted. If you prefer disposable plates instead of the clear glass plates, that can be done also. They too will cure within 21 days when air dried. You do not have to wait that long before using them. They can be hand washed and re-used if you change your mind about throwing them out.
Your day can be coordinated with the same theme and colors throughout. This is a cheap way to decorate and make your day the way you want it. It will be truly your special day.

The hand painted disposable plastic dinner and dessert plates are a nice change from regular disposable plates. They are painted on the reverse side of the plate making them food safe. The beautiful design can be seen just fine due to the plates being made from clear plastic. These make lovely wedding cake plates to serve the cake on at a wedding reception. They allow for easy clean up after the guests are finished with their meal.
They are classy enough to have at a special occasion such as a wedding reception, eliminating the need for the heavy glassware. You may also have other pieces hand painted to coordinate with the plates, such as wine or toasting glasses, water glasses, and even the centerpieces on each table. If you want to go a step further, the tablecloths and napkins can be painted too!
These plates are very affordable. They may be painted in the colors and theme to match what you have chosen for your special day. Other events such as graduations, birthday parties, baptisms, and anniversary parties would be great times to use these as well. It does not matter if you are planning your own gathering, are a wedding planner, or event planner, there would something here to match the needs of your clients. If you prefer glass, the same technique can be done on clear glass plates.
The paint used is non-toxic, acrylic enamel paint. The paint cures in two ways, either by being baked in the oven or air dried for 21 days. It is not necessary to wait 21 days before using the plates, however they may be hand washed and used again. You might be surprised how tempted you will be to save them instead of throwing them away!

Wow! These are so cool. Life can be so serious at times, it is nice to take a break from reality and create something that is just fun. These wine glasses fit just perfectly.
The Cool Duck and Penguin are crazy characters that will create a light and airy atmosphere at your next party or event. They are not the normal flower and vine design you often see. This is more for the casual gathering. They can even be considered conversation pieces. Your guests will be fighting over which handsome character they would like to use.
Hand painted dinner plates and dessert plates may be painted to go along with these crazy glasses, making it an entire dining set. If you prefer disposable plates, this can be done as well. Just throw them away when the guests are done. This makes for easy clean up in the end.
These pieces are affordable and make nice gift ideas too. What a nice birthday or Christmas gift. You will be assured to not be giving them something they already have.

Wine glasses are a versatile glass. They can be used for entertaining whether you are serving your favorite selection of wine, or specialty drinks. It really does not matter. This type of glass will be just perfect. It also makes a great gift idea for that hard to buy for person.
Wine glasses are easy to paint on and look beautiful whether you are painting just on one side, all around the glass, or even painting a flower that starts from the base of the glass and come clear up the sides. When you look inside your glass it mimics the inside of the flower. This is the part the artist can get real creative and add so much interest to the piece. Not only is the inside unique, but the outside is pretty too.
Do not forget those pet lovers out there. They deserve special attention too! Just imagine the face of their cat or dog being painted on a wine glass. They can relax and enjoy their favorite beverage while admiring their best friend! Life is all good!!!
